This policy explains how Coach Navid Fahandezh (“we”) handles your information when you request a padel lesson on coachnavid.com.

What we collect

• Your first name, last name and phone number (WhatsApp).
• The lesson you request: date, time, length and location (Klaipėda or Palanga).

We don’t use cookies or advertising trackers. The site stores your latest request in your own browser, so you can see its status when you come back.

How we use it

Only to arrange your lesson. Your request is sent to Navid on WhatsApp via the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta), and Navid may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone about the lesson. We never sell or share your details for marketing.

If you tick “Let me know when Navid is coaching in my area again”, we may send you a WhatsApp message when new lesson dates open in your city. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Where it is stored

Booking requests are stored on our hosting provider (Netlify) and pass through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform to be delivered. They are kept only as long as needed to run lessons and are deleted within 12 months.

Your rights & deleting your data

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Just message us on WhatsApp at +971 56 167 7227 or email thepadelbeast@gmail.com, and we’ll handle it promptly. To have your booking data deleted, send “Delete my data” with the phone number you booked with; we delete it within 7 days and confirm when it’s done.
